Caller information captured during calls is delivered to you (the business customer) as the intended recipient. We do not use caller information for our own marketing purposes.
All calls handled by Miss Callaway are recorded. Call recordings are delivered to the business customer's designated email address and are treated as the business customer's data once delivered.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that call recording is lawful in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions requiring two-party or all-party consent for call recording, you are responsible for providing appropriate notice to callers. We recommend consulting legal counsel regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.
Miss Callaway is built on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Business customers in healthcare-related industries (medical practices, dental practices, therapy practices) may use the Service in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Business customers are responsible for executing any required Business Associate Agreements and for their own HIPAA compliance obligations.
Call summaries and recordings are retained for a period of 90 days following delivery to the business customer. Account information is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with applicable law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the information we collect and process. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's security standards. We do not store full payment card details.
The Service uses third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing) and AI voice technology providers. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices. We select providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards.
